We are nestled within Cannock Chase all around us. Whatever property you buy in Rugeley you are never more than 10 minutes drive.

We always have properties coming on the market – get registered on our mailing  list or follow us on our social media feeds.

Our contract is for 12 weeks as standard.

We do accompanied viewings as standard on all our properties at NO CHARGE

Everything we do is included in our sales fee. There are charges if you withdraw before the end of our agency contract.

The professionally enhanced photography is included at NO CHARGE. However, these will become payable if you withdraw before the end of our agency contract.

We do marketing videos as standard at NO CHARGE
