C residential was established in 2002 and is owned by Angi Cooney (nee Mulligan) who grew up in the town. It opened its doors to the public in January 2003 with Angi and Diane Moore-Jones who had worked together in both Corporate Estate Agency and Independent Estate Agency for over 20 years. They were joined later by Monique McPeake who brought valuable New Homes experience to the team. Together the team went onto win the GOLD award for the Estate Agents of the Year for three consecutive years - 2004, 2005 & 2006.
C lettings was set up in 2005 as a direct result of the success of C residential. The team is run by Diane Moore-Jones who as Lettings Manager led the team to win the SILVER award for Lettings Agents of the Year 2006 and also the GOLD award for the overall Central Region in the same year.
We are now so busy that we decided to not enter the awards again as we felt we need to quit whilst on top!

Referenceline selects 20% of OEA member agents at random to be surveyed each year. Agents are provided with a pack of 20 forms to give to the last 10 buyers and sellers and the responses are sent directly to Referenceline. Consumers may also contact Referenceline directly to ask for a form. A summary of the results is provided to the Ombudsman for Estate Agents and to the Office of Fair Trading.
