POTENTIAL NEW TENANT USEFUL INFORMATION

 

All new tenants must

1          Be in full time employment

2          Have a gross income (before tax) of 2.5 times the monthly rent.

3          or savings of 2.5 the monthly rent x 6

4          If Self employed - must be able to provide either a copy of last year's tax return, copy of six month's consecutive bank statements or details of an accountant that can confirm income for the last 12 month period.

5          Have no County Court Judgements.

6          Provide proof of residency dated within the last three months (i.e a copy of a council tax, gas, electricity, water, council tax, mobile phone or credit card bill with their current name and address on.

 

If you have answered NO to any of the above you may still be able to proceed with the tenancy but you will need a guarantor.

3          or savings of 3 times the monthly rent x 6

4          If Self-Employed - must be able to provide either a copy of last year's tax return, copy of six month's consecutive bank statements or accountants details.

5          Have no County Court Judgements.

6          Provide proof of residency dated within the last three months (i.e a copy of a council tax, gas, electricity, water, council tax, mobile phone or credit card bill with their current name and address on.

Single and one occupant over 18      £194.00

Guarantor                                                 £35.00

(All sharers must be JOINT TENANTS and referenced separately unless; they have already lived together for the last six months and can provide proof of residency to confirm this and the single applicant's income is sufficient).

IF YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL- YOUR FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE LANDLORD DECIDES NOT TO RENT THE PROPERTY - WE WILL REFUND HALF YOUR REFERENCING FEES.
