C residential was established in 2002 and is owned by Angi Cooney (nee Mulligan) who grew up in the town. It opened its doors to the public in January 2003 with Angi and Diane Moore-Jones who had worked together in both Corporate Estate Agency and Independent Estate Agency for over 20 years. They were joined later by Monique McPeake who brought valuable New Homes experience to the team. Together the team went onto win the GOLD award for the Estate Agents of the Year for three consecutive years - 2004, 2005 & 2006.

C lettings was set up in 2005 as a direct result of the success of C residential. The team is led by Diane Moore-Jones who as Lettings Manager led the team to win the SILVER award for Lettings Agents of the Year 2006 and also the GOLD award for the overall Central Region in the same year.
